Aircorn is not cold. Inadequate facilities. Not worth it to stay there. With a dirty toilet. Clogged sink. Until moving rooms 3 times. Omg so annoyed. With super expensive food. Really not worth it. Please think so that customers do not complain

the staff security makes me miss thank you all for making me calm and when everything is back to normal I will come back here and calm I will recommend if there are people who want to go to Medan. pray that I recover quickly and he really changes like before then I will meet this hotel again.

It's funny, the lights went out when I was taking money from the ATM and the ATM card got swallowed. The hotel is beautiful but there are still some things that need to be updated, such as the TV.

all the staff are very friendly, the process is easy, but the sink is clogged, and if you urinate or defecate there is no jet shower 😔. so you have to use a shower bathtub, because the sink is clogged it is also difficult to brush your teeth and wash your face. 😄 overall everything is very satisfying. 👍
