unfortunately, the smell in the hallway is very unpleasant, the room needs renovation (THIS IS URGENT!) hot water is not hot the bed is uncomfortable, has wheels, when sleeping it can shift, the room aura feels old-fashioned and scary, the food is not delicious, don't know if it affects or not, but in my opinion the room and spray, towels, bedcover, pillows etc. smell, fortunately the bathroom is clean the swimming pool doesn't smell too much of chlorine the room view is quite good the reception staff are friendly very happy when I found out this hotel employs old people regardless of age🤗 hope this hotel will be renovated soon, because the location is very strategic🤗

Aircorn is not cold. Inadequate facilities. Not worth it to stay there. With a dirty toilet. Clogged sink. Until moving rooms 3 times. Omg so annoyed. With super expensive food. Really not worth it. Please think so that customers do not complain

It's funny, the lights went out when I was taking money from the ATM and the ATM card got swallowed. The hotel is beautiful but there are still some things that need to be updated, such as the TV.
