The room was dirty as if it had not been cleaned, the toilet hole was dirty, yellow and crusty, there was no hot water heater, the sheets were stained with dirt, very disappointed. The food was very inappropriate.

There are always stories about being told to check out suddenly without a good reason. I always give you more tips if you are diligent and not very good as a customer and suddenly you are told to check out without a clear reason?

The lobby floor is muddy, the towels are dirty, the towels are white but full of black spots and smelly. Also, the towels are not ready in the room, you have to ask for them several times before they are provided.

Not recommended. Dirty room floor, dirty toilet, TV doesn't work, internet is complicated. For the price of 300 without breakfast, it is highly not recommended.

The hallway smells of cigarettes, the AC is not cold, the windows are dirty and dusty, the towels and sheets look like they haven't been changed. I just checked in and went straight out to a new inn. The rating and photos of the rooms are very inconsistent with the original. Very detrimental.

Parking there is parking for cars, car parking is included in public parking. The first day there were no towels, given on the second day. The TV remote and AC remote did not work.

When I first arrived at the hotel lobby, the receptionist was not always on duty, so I had to wait for the staff to come out. The check-in process was smooth, but I started to feel uneasy as soon as I entered the elevator. The hotel hallway leading to the room was dim and smelled of cigarettes. The table and corners in the hotel room were dusty and full of ants. The towels looked like they had been used by someone else. The bathroom amenities were simply put together. The bathroom was never brushed. The room windows were rarely cleaned. I checked in but left the hotel right away. Criticism for Traveloka: hotel ratings do not represent the actual condition of the hotel.

+ Early check in.+ clean room, clean bed, clean towel.+ soap, shampoo, toothbrush.+ nice security.+ easy access to pasaraya and blok m square.+ has indomaret as a neighbour.- breakfast meal in a box.- not even coffee in the morning.- ac not cold enough.- TV lost signal occasionally. Don't bother order room with breakfast, but for every other aspect it 's a good hotel.

Take the deluxe double, the room is spacious, there is a work desk + mirror, the mattress is soft but the pillow case smells a little, the sheets are a little hairy, the toilet is spacious, the towels smell good, there is a toothbrush + small soap, all the staff are friendly from front to back.

Spacious room. Unfortunately the room is stuffy, the lights are dim, the bathroom is dirty, there is no spoon to stir the coffee, for breakfast you get 2 cups of rice bowl. Deposit 50 thousand, the most annoying thing is when there is something like this. It turns out that this hotel has a sign that says you haven't paid your taxes. Overall, I don't think it's worth it with the stars and the cost of the hotel. Hopefully it will be better

Dirty dusty room, bed sheets smell musty, not replaced. You even had to be asked to change it first, the cleaning service even avoided saying that the bed sheets had not been replaced by previous visitors because this hotel is a budget hotel so they weren't replaced if they weren't askedš¤£. I said, I just checked in today, when I slept on someone's used sheets. His face immediately became sullen and he didn't like being complained about. Then on the second day they didn't provide towels or bathroom mats. The bathroom was dirty, never brushed, so there was moss on the floor. The receptionist did not stand by at the reception desk, so she had to wait 20 minutes when checking out. Worst of all, the dirty, mossy bathroom was never brushed. Even though I have been a regular hotel since 2016 when I was on holiday/work. Hopefully the management will completely overhaul the staff from the front office - cleaning service, the best and most maintained is that the security guards are very friendly and really help with lifting suitcases.
