The view from the room balcony is very nice. The atmosphere is cool and quiet, suitable for healing. Unfortunately, there are few places to eat around the location, the cafe in the hotel also closes at 7 pm. In the morning, it is difficult to have breakfast because the food places are not open yet. The hotel staff seems limited, you have to look for it first or call if you need something.

Everything is comfortable, the room, the surroundings, the view is really good, it's fun to stay here, the staff's friendliness is very good.

I loved my stay at De Potrek Bromo. Room was very clean, not big but comfortable. Meals was yummy and affordable. Not to mention the breathtaking view from the coffee shop.

Only the view and cafe can be enjoyed here, while the hotel costs 1.2 million plus an extra bed of 350k, you only get sachet tea without coffee in the room, there isn't even a stirring spoon, what's worse is that the hot water is provided, from early morning until noon we checked out the hot water was dead even though the weather was very, very cold, when the officer reported it he only checked without a solution, breakfast was even worse, only given the choice of fried rice/bread and tea/coffee with no other options, regretted staying here.

I went during the Eid holiday. Because the location of the hotel is still below the crater, so many employees are Muslim and pray first. Although limited employees so far it is still okay.

Hotel yang bagus, konsepnya lebih mendekat ke alam, banyak tanaman dan pohon-pohon. Luar luar biasa dari depan kamar yang saya inap 03 dan 04. Kamar cukup luas dan bersih. Ada cafe d hotel ini, letaknya dii belakang yang viewnya juga luar biasa. Minusnya untuk breakfst saja. Hanya bisa memilih salah 1 menu nasi gr, bakmi gr/kuah atau toast de potrek. Saran saja. Sebaiknya bisa memilih salah satu menu di cafe mengingat harga kamar juga tidak murah. Tp overall terbayarkankan dengan suasana hotel yang luar biasa. Sangat disarankan untuk keliling sekitar hotel 🥰.

The staff is very friendly, but there's no standby in the lobby, every time you need something, you have to look for it everywhere to eat, but there's no food.

Everything just perfect here! Staffs was friendly, specially the manager. The hotel feels so warm and clean. We love our stay here

For rooms and cleanliness there is no problem. But a hotel with a minimum rate of 1 million should have a minimum of TV entertainment. It turned out that the 3 tv rooms that I booked were all broken & not confirmed by the hotel & there was no resolution for that. There is also no coffee in the room 😂 only tea, and the hotel said that was the standard there so the coffee had to be ordered first. The cafe is only open until 7 pm. The hotel clerk at 6 o'clock in the morning still no one came, this guest was left alone, fortunately when he didn't really need it at 6 o'clock. The food is not an all you can eat/buffet but breakfast at the cafe and order on the menu. Finally, when I wanted to check out and I complained to the new online agent, the hotel gave a compliment in the form of free food & drink, I wanted to go home and the room also included free breakfast, why was there no initiative from the hotel to give a compliment before when I complained about the TV which doesn't work. My vacation is so uncomfortable finally .

Sadly. The sound of vehicles from the highway can still be heard from the room. There is a handyman working until the evening at 21 a bit disturbing the peace. Overall ok and really enjoy our holiday.

It's nice experience stay 2 nights here. Clean place and fresh air. The coffee? Try it, then you won't forget the smell
