Very satisfied. The place is clean, comfortable, complete facilities, AC, Netflix, Wifi all run smoothly and function well. The mattress is also soft and comfortable to rest. The location is strategic, you can walk to Indomaret and ATM, it's easy to find a shop, in the morning there are those who sell rice parcels in front of the homestay. The service of the staff and the owner is friendly, kind and pleasant. There are some rules but they are quite relevant because the location is in a housing complex. If I go to Surabaya, I will definitely stay here again.. very recommended 👍

The person concerned was not careful, if it was a system error, it should have been reported once, so it felt like being worked on, even though the room and others were good but not careful, the facilities were also complete, there was food, it's a shame to be disappointed by the lack of care, maybe next time you can be more careful so that similar incidents don't happen, it's not a problem of the money being returned, but I was disappointed, from the beginning I was calm because I got a hotel room so I had to bother looking for another hotel room later, not to mention if the price that fits my wallet is no longer available, please be careful in the future, not 1 star because the others are good, it's just not careful, whatever the reason when the incident happened, it was clear that there was a lack of care. Until the customer had to run out of rooms after booking even 1 month in advance

Hello, thank you for your review. We apologize in advance regarding the information about the outside bathroom, which is already listed as "Shared Bathroom" on the Traveloka application. We were also surprised that your sister made a booking without reading it first. Regarding the bathroom, I apologize, maybe because it is shared with other guests. But we always ensure that the bathroom is always clean. Thank you for your input, it will be an improvement for us in the future. But once again, please make it a habit to read first before making a booking and before giving a review. Your sister did not read the information completely, but gave us a bad rating. For that price, it's quite good for bringing 2 kids😁. (For our 11th year old child, we were asked to pay an extra bed of 60k. Down payment of 30k, the remaining 30k paid on the spot, all can be transferred) The location really helps us, because it's quite close to Supermall Pakuwon😇. Because this is a house, to check in you have to make an appointment with the owner first. Parking is limited because the house is located in a housing complex, but because we took public transportation, so there was no problem.😂. There is no deposit, just a photo of your ID card. For the room, the room was quite narrow for the 4 of us, but we only used it to sleep, so it wasn't too disturbing☺. We got the 2nd floor. Sharing a bathroom with 1 other room. Downstairs, if I'm not mistaken, there are 3 other rooms and 1 bathroom too. Luckily for us, the room with us upstairs was non-smoking, because in our opinion the smoking area was not very open to the upper floor. The ventilation is lacking if someone smokes there. For the Smoking Area, there are comfortable sofas and chairs. So one with the bathroom area and drying area. The bathroom is very clean. Soap is available. The water is quite small, but there are buckets and ladles to collect water. There are quite a lot of clotheslines. It is very helpful for us. There is also a shared kitchen. For the kitchen, cleanliness needs to be improved again. The sign on the house is quite clear, and the gate key is also available. (get 2 keys: room key and fence key) Overall, we are satisfied with that price. Okay, that's all, May you always be successful! God be with us all Amen

The location is close if you want to go to Pakuwon Mall, the minus is that it is far from places to eat. If you bring a car, it's difficult to park because it's on a residential street, even if you bring a motorbike, the space is limited. The water color is also not clear and yellowish. A homestay that is in the same house as the owner has a lot of the owner's furniture so it seems full of things. There are 5 rooms with 2 clean outside bathrooms. There is a public kitchen which is one with the owner and free gallon water. What makes you a bit annoyed is that when you put a pacifier in the dishwasher you immediately get reprimanded, you are expected to wash it straight away even though you will still wash it after taking care of the baby first and it is considered disturbing the comfort of other guests even though the other guests rarely use the kitchen, let alone wash the dishes. The homestay class next door which already has branches everywhere is not as fussy about cleanliness.

Kamar bersih, wangi, fasilitas wifi lancar, AC nya dingin dan ada TV Netflix pula 👍. Walaupun kamar mandi luar tapi enggak masalah karena tetap bersih dan nyaman 😊. Tersedia juga menu makan berbayar kalo lagi males keluar cari makan. Staff pelayanan Dehome ramah banget. Buatku ukuran harga 100 ribuan ini udah oke banget. Fasilitas lengkap. Next pasti nginep di sini lagi.🤩

I'm disappointed. The air conditioner isn't cold, for smoking you also have to go back and forth to the front terrace first, the bathroom turns out to be outside not in the bedroom, especially if it's really noisy outside the room during the day, the wifi is okay using Ytban it's a bit slow, food and drinks so expensive. Honestly, I don't feel comfortable and I can't repeat it again. The only plus is that the owner is very friendly, the room is spacious, smells good, clean. SORRY, THANKS 🙏🏼.

Hello sis, please be wise and CAREFUL before giving a review. 1. The Traveloka application has listed “shared bathroom” which means shared bathroom/outdoor bathroom. 2. In the Traveloka application, a non-smoking room has been listed, which means a non-smoking room. So the smoking area is only permitted in the front terrace area or the top veranda of the Homestay. 3. Regarding AC, so far there have been no problems or complaints from other guests with the correct AC settings. We have tried the AC and the condition of the AC is cold with the right settings. Maybe next time, you can ask the Homestay staff about the settings first. 4. Regarding the noisy afternoon conditions just because there happened to be a Homestay survey for the group and we have followed up on it. However, we can confirm that during the night conditions it is time to rest, the situation at our homestay is quiet and calm. 5. The food menu that we offer is only optional. Our food price range starts from IDR 8,000-15,000. If it really feels expensive, there are still many culinary choices around the homestay or you can order food online (gofood/grabfood/shopeefood) Thank you.

Kamarnya sangat nyaman, feels like home. Tempatnya bersih, fasilitas oke, kasur nyaman, wifi lancar, AC dingin, ada Netflix, free refill air minum dan ada sharing dapur jadi ga bingung sama peralatan makan di sini. Pelayanan terbaik, staf ramah and very helpful ❤️. Buat yang punya urusan di Surabaya Barat, tempat ini sangat rekomendasi buat menginap karena lokasi strategis dekat dengan Mall Pakuwon dan tempat kuliner. Mau ke Indomaret juga dekat bisa jalan kaki dari homestay ini.👍
