Not worth it for a room price of 700 thousand, with facilities that are all dirty, dirty sheets, dirty bathroom, thick dusty wardrobe and TV table, the room smells musty.

Overall the service is fast and friendly... the kettle had a problem and was immediately replaced... it's just that the wifi can't connect and the TV won't turn on... hopefully it can be better

The 2nd night at Patuha Resort, the atmosphere is cool, calm, quiet and the air is clean and the hotel staff are friendly and fast, the breakfast is also delicious, there is a sulfur hot water pool and many photo spots. Anyway, if you go to Ciwidey, you must come here again.

The atmosphere is cool, cool and calm. originally only 1 night, then added more nights, really addictive, the hotel staff is friendly and quick. The breakfast is also delicious, the warm water swimming pool is also clean, like a private swimming pool... if I go to Ciwidey again, I'm ready to come here again... Anyway, if I come here, be ready to bring a thick hoodie and extra blanket... Asek Asek the mountain atmosphere is really cool. Thank you..

Feels like a private resort because we are the only ones staying. Alhamdulillah I got a free room upgrade because it was still quiet from Merkussi and moved to the front lobby of the puspa room. If you stay at Merkussi, just test your guts because it's quiet like this. The rooms are spacious, the hot water is ok, the swimming pool is warm, the children enjoy swimming in the cold air. The heating kettle leaked, but it was helped to replace the kettle. If you need free drinking water, you can take it in front of the room, there is a dispenser for a little more. Recommended for a staycation with the family.

Very close to Ciwidey tourism, no air conditioning but it is cold, traditional room concept, rooms are quite comfortable and clean, the resort environment is quite quiet and not too noisy, warm water is available and smooth, soap towels and toothbrushes are provided. Maybe the maintenance in each resort room can be improved and new innovations can be made to make it even better.

Strategic location to tourist attractions, friendly staff, but the room facilities are ruined in my opinion. I got damar 6 at the very back and in the corner, the TV couldn't turn on, the bathroom had lots of spider webs + lots of spiders too, the water heater for tea was old to the point of being taped when pouring hot water the water leaked from between the tape, it was very hot and dangerous to touch your hands, the mattress was very inadequate, the springs were already felt and pleyat pleyot not only uncomfortable but also couldn't sleep, my body ached, plus there were lots of mosquitoes. I paid 440 +, it was very worth sleeping. Come on, the owner should pay more attention to the facilities, this hotel actually has good potential if managed with good management.

The location is good near tourist attractions, the staff are friendly. The accommodation is nice and cool because there are many trees, coincidentally behind all the trees. Access to the inside is not too far, minus in the room is not fragrant, the bathroom is a bit dirty and the toilet had animal feces. Maybe because it is humid so it smells of wood and. The rest is quite good.
