for spacious, nice, clean hotel rooms, strategic hotel location, clean, spacious toilets.
and 1 thing that disappointed me was the receptionist who was not friendly, a rather old man, when we were talking to CO, we were talking about CO, he was on the phone and didn't answer, he was focused and busy just calling, returning the deposit was only given like that, I was disappointed with the customer, the treatment was so unprofessional with the work.
but I say thank you and add to our experience of staying here.

my favorite hotel when on holiday in Banjarmasin. I like the spacious and comfortable hotel rooms. The toilets are clean, the sheets are fragrant and it is in the middle of the city. The price is also standard. Hopefully the hotel will develop further in the future.

The blanket is very thin (like a sheet). The smell of cigarettes at night after 10 o'clock is very strong penetrating the room (even though every room and floor has a no smoking sign). At 11pm other guests were noisy and voices could be heard clearly (the room was not soundproof). Other things are great, hot water is ok, spacious rooms, spacious parking, the food is home-cooked food (comfortable).

This is my second time staying here, the impression is the same as the first time. Alhamdulillah there is no bad impression, everything is fine. And I got a room in the same room number as the first time I stayed.

For the room and service, it's very good, the minus is the breakfast, it's only available from 7-10 am, but it's always sold out by 8 am, the food refills are not well taken care of by the staff, and that happens every day during the 6 nights we stayed here, so many other guests didn't get any, please pay more attention to the breakfast at the Family Hotel, other than that everything is quite satisfying.
