This was definitely one of the best 4 star hotels I visited! The bright room atmosphere, the cleanliness of the bathroom, the homey interior, the clean bed sheets, the room amenities, and the ambience was at its best. The male front office staff (with glasses) was polite, informative, friendly, and welcoming. In all, it definitely made my work-cation more enjoyable and most likely will choose to stay here again when I visit Surabaya.
