If the location is easy because it is on a main road, but by chance I got a room in the middle, there was a window but it turned out to face another room, so it was stuffy, the bathroom was not very clean, if it was for one night it was okay, but if you want to stay longer, there are still many other options.

The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and a stunning view of the city. I especially appreciated the attention to detail, from the high-quality linens to the thoughtful extras like complimentary bottled water and a well-stocked minibar. The breakfast buffet offered a variety of delicious options, from fresh fruits to hot dishes, all served in a lovely dining area. The staff were attentive and made sure that everything was perfect. While everything was great, I would have loved to see a bit more variety in the in-room dining options, but this is a minor issue in an otherwise wonderful stay. The hotel is nice, the location is close to the mall. The AC is cold in the room. Unfortunately, there is not enough sofa for seating in the lobby. Yesterday, we wanted to have breakfast and the restaurant was full. We were asked to wait in the lobby but the chairs were full by other guests too. The large lobby should be maximized.

The room condition is not very clean, the floor feels oily, and some of the floor tiles look like they are broken, the bathroom is too small. For a 4 star hotel, it feels like a 3 star. The location is ok

•The hotel is strategically located •I called beforehand so when I arrived I could check in easily and quickly •The room was clean, the bathroom also had hot water •The AC was leaking, making a loud noise all night long, making it uncomfortable to sleep •The wifi connection was quite fast •There were quite a lot of food choices •Check out was fast and easy, you can also leave your belongings •Will come back to stay again if you go to Bali!
