fast check in, spacious parking lot, room has a refrigerator but dirty
room with manual stairs, I was placed underground and in the corner room, even though I brought a 9 month old baby. the room is spacious but the lights are dim like an old hotel. the entire hallway smells of cigarettes. there is no water refill/dispenser in the hallway. the card socket is loose, I just entered the room suddenly turned off by itself. hot water for bathing is only turned on by the hotel owner starting at 6 am, really not flexible
breakfast starts at 6, but I arrived at less than 7 and it was all gone, even the plates, glasses, spoons, forks were gone. the chairs and tables for eating were also all dirty, there was only 1 cleaning service, waiting for the dirty plates to be cleaned took a long time. food refills also took a long time. 3 star hotel if there is a study tour it is better to separate the food from other hotel guests. disappointing.

Actually the location is strategic and the hotel is quite good, clean, the staff is also friendly. I booked 4 rooms, in 3 rooms there were no bathroom mats, the soap was out, the towels were not fit for use, they were torn, the color was already brown and smelled really musty. The sink was clogged, the floor drain was also a bit clogged so. The first time I entered the bathroom, it smelled of urine.
