The room is quite big. The AC is very cold even though the remote was problematic. Hot water is okay. Wifi is okay. The staff is quick to help when there is an incident where the bathroom door is locked from the inside. The food is quite varied. Thank you

I arrived in Semarang at 12 midnight from Jakarta on the 24th. I should have checked in on the 24th at 12 noon. Because it took too long to wait, I tried to contact the hotel to see if the room type I ordered (superior deluxe) was empty so that I could be occupied. Thank God I didn't have to wait until 12. At 7 am I was allowed to enter even though I was charged an early check-in fee of 100 thousand. In the meantime, I was allowed to wait in the lobby. In the lobby there was a big TV complete with YouTube so I didn't get bored. Finally I got a room on the 1st floor. No need to go up and down the stairs. The room was very big. Because the type of room I ordered was still full, we were given a superior deluxe room with beds that could be put together. I like it. The room is also spacious. The AC is cold. The location of the room is close to the hotel restaurant.

I happened to get a superior room but with a city view... it was cool. For the superior room I stayed in, there was no mat in the bathroom, so I had to request another one. There was only 1 toothbrush and sandals. I had to request another one too. The hot water was really smooth. The downside was that the bathroom smelled a bit. Maybe a total makeover was needed for the bathroom drain so it wouldn't smell. The TV wasn't a smart TV yet... I don't know about other types of rooms. But there was cable TV. The swimming pool is still under construction. The location is close to Simpang Lima. For BF, it's pretty good at around 200.
