I swear the service is really bad. From the check-in schedule at 14:00 until 17:35 we were only able to enter the room. Even though we had booked the room 2 weeks before the check-in date. No solution, no apology and just waiting in the lobby for 3 hours 35 minutes

The quality of this hotel room is like a 3-star hotel, not a 4-star hotel. and it is suitable to be sold at a price range of 400-500 thousand / night only. Especially the highlight in the toilet section is like the quality of a 2-star hotel toilet. There is no shower that is intermittent and is only covered with cheap curtains sold in online shops. The exhaust does not work optimally so the toilet is very damp and the ceiling is moldy. The lighting is also minimal and there is no touch of a 4-star hotel at all. For the room, the AC is not too cold, it's terrible, my child slept until he was sweating. The head pillow is also high so the neck hurts a bit. The only plus from this hotel is that there is no sound of the mosque at dawn which is very suitable for non-Muslim visitors and those bringing children.

The first time I stayed at the Galaxy Hotel, it was very pleasant. The hotel area is strategic in the middle of the city, close to the mall. The hotel rooms and toilets are clean. The hotel room facilities are complete. Next time I will stay here again.

the check in and out process is fast, the room is spacious and clean, the swimming pool and gym facilities are also very good, and what I like the most is the breakfast is delicious and very varied.
