So far so good. Overall.: The atmosphere is okay, and for the deluxe room. The mattress goes up and down, the air ventilation is lacking, you have to open the door for the mountain air to come in. For the need for water and hot water, it should be given more attention. For breakfast, it's not bad. The service is very friendly, the atmosphere is safe, calm, familiar. Hopefully when you come again in the future, it will be more improved and better. Thanks.

This is not a proper lodging. A scammer. I didn't stay there. When I first arrived at 3 am, the floor and bed were flooded/wet. The door couldn't be locked. And the check-in area was like a cage. The lights were off. There was no water in the bathroom at all. The reason was that the lights were off. There was no generator at the lodging. I asked for a refund. The officer pretended to ask for my phone number and said he would contact me for a refund. In fact, he hasn't been contacted for 2 days. I've let it go. I think it's a waste of my money. Just eat my money. It's not halal for you to eat my money. Thank you

Hello, sir/madam, previously we from Gayana Hills apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Regarding the power outage, we have informed you that a tree fell on an electric pole and its cables and caused a fairly long disruption. Coincidentally, at the same time our generator was having problems. Regarding the floor and mattress because our accommodation is in the form of Glamping and at that time the high intensity of rain accompanied by very strong winds, we also apologize that the carpet floor under the door became wet, but as far as we know it is impossible to wet the mattress. Then, for a refund because you ordered via Traveloka, we direct you to submit a refund via Traveloka. Thank you for your review and we will use it as an evaluation and valuable lesson for the future. good location, close to the road (which is not too busy), right across from restaurants, so it's easy to find food. But please note that the restaurants are closed at 19-20, because the area is quiet in the afternoon/evening. Good service and fast personnel. The breakfast provided is yellow rice, with a taste that is so-so or very ordinary. location in the middle of a tea plantation with a beautiful view, suitable for those who like hiking.

Disappointed that there could be a double check in, it's not a problem to change the nominal booking money, it's just that we have come a long way to the location and are tired and want to rest, but the staff lied with the excuse that the room smelled because there was a leaking spit tank, but it turned out that after I asked to check the room, the staff finally said honestly that there was a double booking. Oh my, I hope I'm the only one who is disadvantaged, hopefully in the future the management can pay attention again to the staff's job description so that they are not careless

Very good service, tea garden view, hot water also works very well. Clean. Yesterday I took the one without breakfast but looking for food was also very easy. Across from the inn there is a culinary tour and the food is delicious and cheap too. Overall satisfactory, only one, yesterday the bathroom door from inside the room could not be locked, so I just stuck it with a bag so that the door could not be opened from inside the room.

came to the prank security.. he said he could check in.. it turned out that the receptionist who was judes immediately turned him down.. make him upset. (sometimes at resorts or villas.. if the room is ready at 12 o'clock it's also diksh). already from the car park to the far room.. bring a lot of bags.. ask the officer to help you.. just watch.. if it rains badly.. the room is small enough for 2 people..

I arrived at 04.30. In the afternoon. Indeed I had just booked, but the room was not ready. The staff cleaned and prepared the room for a very long time. I waited for about half an hour for my room. The room was hot, I had to open the window door if I wanted cold air to come in. The air cooler was useless. There was no bed, only a mattress. And the mattress was thin and too soft. But the staff, even though it took a long time to prepare the room, were willing to help deliver laundry and provide information.

The service is very good, all the staff are very friendly, especially the women, even the cats are friendly to greet you 😻 I stayed in a deluxe room, the size is enough for 2 adults and 2 children, the bathroom is inside, the view is very nice surrounded by mountains and tea gardens 360 degrees, there is a water heater so you don't need to worry about getting cold when taking a shower and doing ablution, but I have a little input, for the room, try to give a name above the door, don't just name the key, because I was confused looking for the room hehe and for the taste of the breakfast, add a little more MSG/salt so that it tastes good. And here you don't need to worry about being hungry, because the location is very strategic because near the villa there are many cheap and very delicious places to eat. If asked whether I want to come back here or not, the answer is yes because the service is very good in my opinion 🫶🏻

Coincidentally, I found this villa when I stopped accidentally in the middle of an endless climb, and it was approaching sunset. The villa is new and the concept is like a campervan, there is a portable AC, TV and water heater. You can also have breakfast for 2 portions. My suggestion is that the prayer room be used properly quickly, because it is too narrow to pray in the room. The campfire area should be widened and if possible, make a playground for children. The rest is very good, I hope the service is always friendly, bro.

It's fun glamping here. The facilities are okay. ~ Easy to access. ~ The toilets and amenities are good. comfortable, no noise from motorized vehicles. And the sound of wild animals is very minimal 😉.~ the price is affordable 😊.~ free wifi. Hopefully in the future Gayana Hills will have a warm water pool which is very suitable for wather there ☺️.
