stayed here because there was a friend's wedding reception, when the reception was held, the food ran out and was not refilled, all the guests were hungry, the room that was booked was cramped, the noise was audible, the food for breakfast was bad, there was only fried chicken because it was with the congregation who had returned from Umrah, the sausages were brought out at 8 o'clock so I had already finished breakfast. the swimming pool is also too small, and very close to the restaurant. the food tastes bad too. just okay.

Food Out of Stock Not Refilled: We always ensure that food is available in sufficient quantities and is refilled regularly. During the event, there were no reports from other guests regarding this. Small Room and Loud Noise: Our rooms have been designed according to comfort standards and the details of each room type are listed in the description in the application. You can see the details before making a reservation. Breakfast and Food Menu: Our breakfast menu is prepared with a complete variety, including fried chicken, sausages, and other dishes. Sausages are always available since breakfast starts at 6 am. Swimming Pool: Our swimming pool has met the standards of size and safe distance from the restaurant area. We ask that you provide your real name and room booking details so that we can verify and follow up on this complaint further. The room was a bit cramped. Luckily, I was there for filling up the transit time, thus it was still fine. Although, I would not recommend to stay more than 1 night. Sadly the room was quite dirty when I arrived there.

chicken stew OK, vermicelli OK.
soup doesn't taste good because it has no contents and is not refilled
chicken porridge, waiting for the chicken to be caught first
omelette booth and sunny up egg which are mandatory are not there.
green and white layer snack still tastes floury, like it hasn't been cooked.
croissants OK, donuts OK,
room okay, cold AC.. only in terms of breakfast which is lacking and needs a lot of evaluation for the restaurant team

in my opinion it could be better
1. I asked for refills up to 2 times by calling room service because the shower gel and shampoo ran out but they were never refilled until I bought my own toiletries
2. The pool is a bit dirty for swimming along with the glass side for taking pictures besides the pool ladder is starting to rust
3. There was no staff on standby when I wanted to ask for a pool towel, I waited back and forth for about 13 minutes (afternoon)
4. The shower jet in the toilet was broken since I first arrived and couldn't be used (I don't know how the room staff was whether they didn't report it for repair or the damage was new from the person before me)
5. The food is delicious and actually quite comfortable for the room and area and parking area, there is even a mini market

This is the second time staying here with family. The location is in the middle of Tangerang city, easy access, affordable rates, the service from Security to Front Office is all friendly. The room is comfortable, the window faces the swimming pool so it's beautiful to look at. For the restaurant, it's the best here, from the variety and taste, okay👍. The hotel is located at good location. It also clean. BUT my room (213) Bathroom frequently produces bad odor. And the AC was not cool enough. I went for breakfast at 8 but eggs and fruits are already finished and no refill. The chair at my table was not steady, which is can be broken when someone sit on it.
