Experience staying at the golden tulip and really get an extraordinary experience. The location is strategic, close to the culinary center and tourist attractions. The rooms are clean, tidy, and very comfortable to rest.
The most impressive thing is the service from the hotel staff who are incredibly friendly and professional. My special thanks to Mbak Nabila at the front office who was very helpful during the check-in process and patiently served
The breakfast provided is also complete and delicious. The hotel atmosphere is calm and comfortable, very suitable for vacations or business trips.
I highly recommend the golden tulip hotel for anyone who prioritizes comfort and the best service.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, complete facilities, there is a swimming pool, playground, gym, the location is also still close to the city center, very comfortable for a vacation with family. The breakfast is delicious, there are many menu choices, there is ice cream, chocolate fountain for children. only the check in and check out process is quite long, it can be around 15 minutes, maybe because it is crowded and peak hours, hopefully in the future the check in and checkout process can be accelerated again

when checking in we were told to wait because we were serving other guests, ok,, after that there were other guests who had just arrived and were served and we were passed, ok..and then it was still the same, finally we went forward and moved to the male receptionist, and were immediately served, and the officer who had tried not to look at us,,

when returning home we were still charged a parking fee, even though at the time of check in we had registered our vehicle number plate,
