The check-in process is easy, using an access card that can be obtained at the reception. The cleanliness of the bed, room, and toilet is very good, there are many fragrances in the toilet. Hot water also works well. There is a television that is connected to the internet. The quality of the WiFi network is also quite good. There is a refrigerator and dispenser that also work well. Actually there is a stove, but unfortunately when I checked in there was no gas cylinder available. Also unfortunately access to the balcony is not possible, the door seems locked and is very difficult to open. Even though the view is good facing Mount Merapi. The location is very strategic, there are many cafes, stalls and restaurants, convenience stores and many more around the accommodation. Parking services are also available and spacious. Parking fees can be discussed with the receptionist and are not expensive at all. Overall okay for staying while on vacation and exploring Jogja.

Some room facilities doesn't work, there is stove that doesn't work. No cooking utensils. Bed sheets is dirty (not washed). No towels, soap etc. Room is kind of okay, got Netflix as well. Would be great if they provided above.

When I first arrived I was shocked, the building looked like a haunted house. When I entered the lobby I was shocked again, the lobby was very shabby. When I entered the elevator it smelled of cigarette smoke. The hotel hallway was scary, moldy. When I entered the room I was even more shocked. Finally decided to move hotels :(

When I first arrived I was quite surprised, it turned out to be an old apartment. When I arrived I was greeted by the receptionist who was friendly, but the receptionist's place and the room we were staying in were not in the same place, but we had to walk first.
