This hotel is very bad, really very bad, more smell. I forget a bluetooth headphone, they take it and no give to me.

The staff is helpful but some facilities in the room is broken. The sink is not connected with plumbing system, when I turn it on first time the water goes to my floor. The toilet faucet is missing so I have to use shower head.

It is located next to Petrokimia Gresik and not far from Gresik Kota Baru or old Gresik City. KFC and some foods only couple steps from the accommodation. Nice picture around the room looks amazing. Such an important thing that need to be improved is cleanliness. Friendly and helpful of the staff are also important. Mbak Aini was the only staff who was very very very friendly and helpful. This hotel is lucky has staff that work as receptionist, as a front line. We thank her a lot while we stay there.
