I reserve the Executive King room and when I arrived, the room are upgraded to Naripan Suite. The room is very clean. The meals are very delicious. No wonder why this hotel rated 5 stars.

This is second time I went to this hotel and the great services always improving. Today is my birthday and when I go to Front Desk for check-out, I get some chocolate and cake from this hotel as my birthday gift and also a birthday card. The hotel staff is very friendly. Get a welcome drink that can be exchanged at the lounge. The room is spacious and comfortable. The swimming pool is clean. There is an Indomaret at the bottom. If you want to go to Braga, just walk

This hotel is family friendly and close to Braga. For those who want to visit Bandung with limited time, lodging around Braga is an efficient option. The general room is okay, but there is no charger near the bed, which is a bit annoying

A pleasant 4-day experience
Choosing Grand Preanger as a place to stay for this year's vacation was one of the right decisions. The location is close to everywhere. Just walk. If you want to take a taxi, the distance is not too far.
Ambiance/Facilities: The facilities are very good, kids friendly because there is a playground and a pool for children.
Restaurant: There are quite a lot of breakfast variations, but on the first day of breakfast, I was a little disappointed with the taste of the soup which was too salty for my tongue. The next 3 days were a bit better. A little suggestion, the restaurant staff needs to move a little faster to pick up dirty plates from the table so they don't pile up.
Staff Assistance: Smiles and greetings from all hoteliers.
Highlights: there are many convenience stores, starting from Indomaret which is located in the same building as the hotel. There is also Circle K, Kimia Farma Pharmacy within walking distance. If you want to find food, just go to Jalan Lengkong or Jalan Braga. It's the best if you go to Bandung, just stay here.
Price: very worth every penny
Location: Very strategic. Want to go to the KAA Museum, Jalan Braga, to the town square, just walk as long as it's not raining.

Requested non-smoking rooms, but unavailable and we got 2 smoking rooms. The smell of cigarettes was unbearable. The hotel needs to consider to seriously increase the number of floors with non-smoking rooms. So far, there are only 2 out of 8 floors are non-smoking.
