I recently stayed at Mercure Grand Mirama Malang and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was very clean and well-maintained, which I really appreciated. The food at the hotel was also quite good, offering a satisfying variety of options. However, there were a couple of hiccups during my stay. The check-in process was delayed, which was a bit frustrating after a long journey. Additionally, the check-out wasn't as smooth as expected, which slightly affected the end of my stay. Despite these issues, I was extremely happy with the cleanliness and the quality of the food, and I would still recommend this hotel.

When we checked in in the hotel we just wanted to rest from our tiring Bromo tour, shower and sleep, only to find that there was only one pair of slippers, one torn towel, other than these everything was OK. So tired but we had to call housekeeping. Simple things but annoying. The tiny toothpaste was hard to use. Big paper straw for tiny teh kotak lol. The service was excellent though! Tips: you don't need to stay at the mountain view room. Love the breakfast!

It was Great stayed at The Grand Mercure Hotel Malang. Staffs were very friendly and helpful even the hotel was very crowded at weekend. We stayed one night with Kids. The In House restaurant were Good especially Lan Hua Chinese restaurant and Ebisu Japanese restaurant. We tried Peking Duck at Lan Hua and also Sushi at Ebisu. All good. My Kids really enjoy. The Room was clean and beautiful view. Just the check in time is a bit late as the hotel was very crowded but its okay, we can wait while enjoying the Welcome Drink at the Lobby Lounge.
