hotel good for staycation with kids. mini zoo, kids activities, playground, and pool.
just had minor issues with the restaurant greeting staff who apparently busy to talk with each other. and no one was asking or initiative to offered take my bags to room or my car when checked out.
keep up the hospitality services, please. thanks

suits for staycation especially for those who have kids. mini zoo, mini playground, swimming pools are available all together in this hotel. the room was clean and i have free upgraded room as well so we got larger room. the staffs are friendly and trustworthy. I left and missed my dress by mistake then the staff chat me to send the stuff. anyway the are plenty and various as well from Indonesian cuisine, western, japanese (sushi etc) and many more. we are 3, me and my husband n my little son, my son can stay with us and get breakfast as well without any additional charge as long as your child is less than 130 cm. so baby and toddler is still free of charge just make sure the policy available. parking is quite alot but at weekend it was full. the staffs are friendly and helpful, my first staycation in Tjokro - wish to have another staycation here. thanks

Its fun here. I can see some animals. Its just a shame the calf there are so skini, I can't event look at it. Please give the calf enough food hotel guy. But its still a fun experience, they give us a free valet service. Keep the good service guys

this my 2nd time staying here, manu changes in children's facilities which are more numerous and varied, for food all delicious and many menu choices, but unfortunately the cleanliness of bathroom is less wearing sometimes like to appear the smell of snoy in the toilet, I hope the cleanliness of the bathroom is prioritized as well because this is also important, over all we enjoy staying in here..

Everything was really nice, the hotel, the room, the breakfast food, the pool, the zoo, the playground. Except the parking space, have to use valet service, some people not comfortable with it.
