A great choice for family trip!
Highlights of our stay were:
1. The room were very spacious and the AC, TV were all working well
2. Breakfast was very tasty and had lots of varieties. Like you need to stay for 3 days to taste everything lol
3. The activities! Your child will have a great time here. They had pool, mini zoo, and playground (socks was mandatory) and sandpit which was for free and there were also other paid activities like painting, cooking and art. There was a photobooth too available at the GF of North Tower.
Overall an enjoyable experience.

The room was old, cleanliness is bad, the bathtub is leak, the hand shower is shaky, carpet is spot everywhere, the chair is ripped, however the staff is offering me to move to better room but I see the same condition, their service recovery was great they give me complimentary for mini zoo access and free feeding, if yoi going with family this place have so many attractive area but the room need to be improve or renovate.

The AC is very bad, receptionist had move our room from 530 to 538, but the AC is still bad, you will get sweat at night especially in the morning. Please change the AC, we are still stay when I write this review, already complain but still the AC is not going well.
