the location was perfect! you can go anywhere easily.. family-friendly! you can take your kids and just stay there.. also, they provided proper places for smoking! with perfect view at 10th floor! last but not least, their breakfast was great..also provided kids places for breakfast.. so you can breakfast while you your kiddos playing with other kids or eat sweets!

The room is quite clean, complete facilities are friendly for children, breakfast is varied in terms of taste needs to be improved again, only when you want to take sushi there are animals, maybe you can pay more attention. Overall everything is okay.

Thank you for the service of Hotel Grand Tjokro Bandung, I was upgraded from a Deluxe room to a Premiere room, all the staff were friendly, the atmosphere was calm, the breakfast menu was very varied and tasted delicious, next time I will staycation again at this hotel.

The hotel is very kid-friendly. There is a playground and mini zoo. To feed them, you have to top up your balance. If you want to go cashless, it's better to prepare an EDC emoney/flazz or Qris. Rather than using a top-up, the balance can't be returned. The downside is that the parking lot is also narrow, so you have to use valet.

The staff was very friendly and very helpful in finding a connecting room for us during the c/i. But the bathroom smelled of urine and the carpet under the bed was very dirty. The carpet should have been washed several times, not just vacuumed. I didn't complain, because I thought it was only 1 night and I needed a connecting room because I brought children. I was worried that there would be no other connecting rooms. And maybe you can think about providing new towels, because the towels are already brown. Thank you

The hotel staff is very friendly, the first time I stayed I got a free upgrade to Premiere, wow, I was happy.
The food is quite delicious and there are many choices of breakfast menu. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try everything because it was too crowded with people and children, maybe on weekends too ππ»π

I've stayed here 3 times and always want to come back here because there are many facilities for children, it's close to Lembang. There are many variations of food and the staff are friendly. Overall cleanliness is good, there are only a few parts that have visible spots so the bathroom is not very clean
