The rest is good, except that the chair in the room has stains and you still have to use the stairs if you are carrying a lot of stuff or bringing small children, which is a bit of a hassle.

Overall is good. Note for check-in service, because the room model is separated in several buildings, there should be an officer who is always ready to help guests from showing the location of the room and carrying luggage. Breakfast variations are added. Cleanliness is more considered. If the pool had warm water, it would be better. Plus points for the response to claims which is quite fast.

After more than 5 years finally back here, not much has changed, but there are some things missing such as the welcome drink is gone, the breakfast menu is getting simpler (before there were pancakes, infused water). The golf car is gone, so if you want to go to the swimming pool from the catalya room, it's quite a walk or you have to bring your own car 😬 the shower room at the swimming pool looks like it needs to be renovated, because the shower door is broken. Overall it's quite a reminiscence of the past hehehe....
