Good service from the staff. But the room condition lacks maintenance. The wall is kind of dirty and need repaint, some leaks found in the window, the phone have cracks (?), etc. But overall still acceptable.

The location is in a mall, access by elevator. Provide cash for a deposit of 300 thousand or credit card. The staff is quite friendly, for the room you can get a smoking room, the condition of the room 2310a the floor is a bit unclean in the corner like there are cigarette butts. The refrigerator makes a loud noise, the soap in the bathroom also when taken out is only a drop like it's about to run out (or is it already finished?). The pillow also has black spots

The check-in process took a while, probably because it was a public holiday. For good rooms, they were given a view and were upgraded for free. The room facilities were lacking because there was no smart TV. The food in the restaurant was also lacking, but the food variations were varied. Another additional point is that there could be a free sauna. Hopefully the service and facilities will continue to improve. Thank you.

As a lover of staycation with good light, Grand Whiz is one of the hotels that must be visited because it is really worth it with an affordable price, especially if you want to go to the South Jakarta area but want to get a good accommodation because the transum access is very easy, it is near the MRT busway, so it is really one of the hotel choices that is highly recommended, especially if you get the best discount, you don't have to be confused about looking for food because you can just go down and it is one with Poins Square.

Easy check in, just surprised to have to deposit almost half of the room price! Can you review it again? If you can debit it's okay, but you have to cash or open a credit card. Room 2541 the AC kept dripping, even though I tried to fix it but it still dripped. The food was great, lots of variations

even though this is not the first time I checked in here. but this is the first time I got a room with an air conditioner that wasn't cold, the sheets and blankets were dirty, there were always noisy sounds, the water boiler didn't work at all, even though I tried to contact room service but waited no one came. as a result, I didn't make tea until I checked out. even though the sugar and tea had been opened like this.
