Checked-in and checked-iut staff, Ms. Maria is so helpful and friendly. Hospitality from the staff is excellent. Only the flow of water tap is very weak. The hotel is under renovation. Hopefully, it'll be improved soon. Foods are average. There is no elevator from the car park.

This hotel offers a great stay experience. The location is very strategic, close to the city center and major tourist attractions. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with modern facilities such as air conditioning, TV, and fast Wi-Fi connection. The staff are very friendly and helpful, making me feel very appreciated as a guest. The breakfast provided is also delicious with many choices of menu. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort and quality service.
