The location is right on the main road, clean, the staff is friendly and very helpful. The room is clean and comfortable. The only downside is that the AC is not too cold, especially during the day so it still feels hot.

I stayed 1 night for a vacation... the room and space were all clean... and at night I went to the cafe, the drinks were really delicious... the breakfast was also delicious... next time I go to Surabaya, I will definitely stay at this hotel... thank you for giving the best for hotel guests

the hotel is comfortable, near indomxx and kfc, want to explore surabaya also close, there are dispensers in every hallway so you don't have to worry about running out of drinking water. it's just that I should have been in a non-smoking room because it was full so it was changed so it was a bit uncomfortable for non-smokers. The check-in process is fast, you arrive and are served immediately. The room conditions are very clean and comfortable. The condition of the room is actually clean and comfortable. But the noise is unbearable, yesterday I got a connecting room on the 9th floor. It feels like if I move a little, I can hear all the sounds from outside the room or the next room. it's good. but the wifi in my room didn't reach. I happened to be staying at 801 at that time. when I connected to the wifi the signal was 2 and slow. then for the food on the first day I ate at half past 8 and it was all gone and only leftovers, please speed up the breakfast review, it's only half past 8, if someone has breakfast at 9 and it's already empty, they're obviously disappointed
