It is not a place suitable to live in! The room was very run-down with many spiders, ants, cockroaches and other live insects crawling all around. There were animal droppings/feces, cigarette ash, cobwebs and fallen hair everywhere. The electricity also went out for over an hour - I don't know how much longer it lasted, but I left after an hour of blackout because the rooms don't have any windows; I was in pitch black darkness with no air circulation (the "fan" in the description is not a real fan). When I asked the staff, they just shrugged it off saying that the blackout was from the city center, which is clearly not true because I moved to a colleague's office and nobody there experienced a blackout at their homes. There was even stains on the toilet seat! Dirty tissues were lodged into the bed's headboard. All of the issues above are health hazards. The living situation was so horrendous that it has greatly affected my ability to work even though I am specifically on a highly demanding residency trip.

I couldn't check in early. My bed had ants in it but I got upgraded free of charge. The new room also had cleanliness issues (cobwebs on walls, hair in bed). However, staff were very smiley and helpful. And location is great for Rajabasa Terminal and there is easy Angkot connection to city center.

I've got upgraded room from standard to deluxe for free. They give me bar soap instead of liquid soap for toiletries (no towel, no brush), Very spacious room, wardrobe and old TV without remote control, dirty and dusty carpet. Overall, this hotel is good for backpackers. Cheap, strategic location, and spacious room.

I've paid for 3 rooms but didn't stay because the room was not worth it, smelled musty.

The dirty building is still under renovation. Moldy room. The shower was broken. No wifi. Only the sheets are clean.

Electricity merges in series with the lights, so when I want to sleep the lights cannot be turned off. If it is turned off, the electricity will immediately turn off and cannot be used, the bathroom is not available inside the toilet. taste less worth it.

Strategic, comfortable and safe place.

I booked a deluxe room for 2 people. Towels provided are only 1. Then no toothbrush and toothpaste are given and no shampoo is only given 2 pieces of soap. Then there is no warm shower (no water heater).
