Very nice hotel, good service, everything is clean and the staff are very helpful and friendly. Recommended hotel. Best hotel in Kupang so far. Check in is at 2 pm and we came early because we came early from Bali, but they allowed us to check in early and get a room. Keep going far 🎉

Very friendly service, complete facilities with smartroom concept. Various choices of breakfast menus ranging from local to foreign menus. However, there is a little suggestion for the food, coincidentally at breakfast, I only ate porridge with chicken broth, so I only gave an assessment for that. If you would, please make the broth taste more like chicken broth, because when I tried the broth, it didn't taste like chicken broth, it didn't even count as soup, it was more like water. But it's Ok, maybe because not many people like to eat porridge for breakfast so the quality is reduced, but if you would, hopefully it can be given more attention even though it is rarely chosen by most people. Then, even though it is located in the middle of the city, the vibes are very calming from the lobby area to the room. Please maintain the 3S service (smile, greet, say hello) by looking more sincere, not because it is forced or showing that he is tired. That's all from me, I apologize if you don't like my review.
