Please fix everything. There should be an AC remote for each room so that it can be determined whether it is cold or not by visitors. What if we want to use the AC remote at 12 midnight? Isn't that strange? There are many disadvantages from a to z, I just want to talk a lot. The service is good.

Actually this place should be becoming a 4 star hotel. The facilities, the space, the restaurant are great and the beach within the hotel area is really good. Too bad maybe because of covid and low demand, the assets are not well maintained and all over the hotel and also in the room there is bad smell, just like come into an empty building, so smelly. The pools and the kids facilities are great. Hopefully they can improve the assets like Air Conditioners and solve their smell problems.

Have stayed here more than 4 times with my wife and children. The hotel is comfortable for a staycation because it is very complete, you can also cook for yourself in the room. For the cleanliness of the room, maybe it needs to be improved so that it doesn't smell too much of dust 😁.

sleep well... only the pillow is thin... complete room facilities... there is a refrigerator etc... the view of the sea is also nice even though it is blocked by trees... only at night the lights in the garden are turned off so it's dark and the view outside is scary...

Staycation here is very fun with family, there are water rides and of course the beach so there are many choices for children to be happy to play and linger.
complete cooking utensils, the lack of toilet availability in public areas, the toilet near the elevator is dirty and a bit scary, the AC remote in the room is not there

Staying at Hawaii Resort is very enjoyable. Open sea view. There is sand so the kids are free to play. The hotel price is very affordable compared to other hotels. Complete facilities feel like home, complete kitchen equipment, so you can cook. There is an extra mattress under the bed. There is also a sofa. The restaurant food is delicious. The staff are friendly, the floor is always mopped every time someone comes from the pool, so it stays dry, so it is safe for children. The swimming pool is large and there is a slide so it is suitable for children. You can ride a banana boat too. Anyway, I will definitely come back to Hawaii Resort again, because the kids are happy. I happened to take a Studio Deluxe room, got room 315. The room position is good, the view is the swimming pool and the sea (although covered by trees). The facilities in the room are okay, there is a magic com, oven toaster, stove, cooking and eating utensils, plates, refrigerator, microwave, gallon water dispenser, there is a 2-seater sofa, table, and there is a balcony with 2 chairs + table.
The staff are friendly.
I happened to take the breakfast one, because I didn't know if there were complete cooking facilities in the room. If you want to cook, please buy your needs at Alfamart which is only 300 meters from the hotel. For the swimming pool, there are 7 pools, all clean. Unfortunately, the slide that slides (the one that rotates) is not active.
The beach is also clean.
The only drawback is the AC which I think is not cold enough. Maybe because the AC is old. The rest is okay.

The hotel seems a bit spooky, maybe the lights should be replaced with brighter ones, the bathroom smells and the lights are dim, and the blankets are also not very good and it's a bit of a hassle because there's no AC remote so if you need to do anything you have to call housekeeping.
