My complaint is with the air conditioning system. It seems it's not well maintained not well cleaned. It's smelly, muggy, feels humid even though set at a low T. On this reason alone, it's not recommended staying there - it's not healthy

Lobby and corridors are smell. Not every guest suit to specific aromatic flavor that leads to bad smell perception like “dirty carpets” or awful things.

Ac was horrible. Front desk was nice and the lobby was quite good too, some pillow would make it a lot more comfortable. The ac in the room was so hot I couldn't sleep.

The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean & comfortable, the service is friendly. But the bath water was a bit cloudy & you only got cold bath water. Sadly.

Staff was super nice, place was quite old as it smells wood on the ceiling. Matrass quite old, shower definitely need glass patrition, but overall renovated nicely. Having direct glassview of the airport runwas definitely was nice.

The room smeels bad and the table in my room is moldy caused by the dumpy room. I've spent over Rp 700k and that 's what I got. Very dissapointed.
