Horison Ultima Semarang

Air cond. Have water leak, Hotel try to repair , water from bathroom not flow from drainpipe easily, so water can enter the room. After several times call they change the room , and everything ok.I hope next time thats room need repair and fixed before we enter the room, not repair when we are stay and need rest on the room.

Everything looks so dirty. Needs seriously cleaning service more often.

Fast Check In and Check Out. Reseptionis open 24 Hours. Really helpful when I need to check out on midnight.

The price is so affordable for 4 stars hotel. 500k/night with breakfast incld. But I don't think this is 4 stars hotel, cause I've stayed in 3 stars hotel but the facilitiy, food, and cleanliness is way better than this hotel. I feel sorry for this hotel cause it looks old. Hopefully you have enough budget for renovation. Thank you.

The weirdest yet nicest hotel in Java that I've ever stayed. The view from the sky lounge boosts everything that should be better. Staying again? I guess I won't, but I'll visit the Sky Lounge again.

The swimming pool have the best view. Awesome.

We stayed 3 nights, the room was very comfortable. Staff and security were helpful whenever we had an issue. We wished we had made time to visit the pool earlier, as that was a great perk and the rooftop a lovely windy spot to hang out on a hot afternoon. The hotel is also next to Java Mall, so plenty of easy access to food, coffee, and shops, which was convenient for us. For the price, this is a great hotel. We did have a few complaints worth mentioning. The first night one of the room lights could not turn off, and the freon for the AC has issues twice over our stay, meaning the room got in the afternoon. The hotel quickly responded to fixed these issues, and indeed fixed them within 1-2 hours. One thing there were not able to fix was the slow drain in the shower, but this is a feature in many hotels and not too big of an issue for us. The wifi is fast, though there was no password security on it during our stay so I only felt comfortable using it with a VPN. So overall, full stars for service and perks in this price range, minus 1 star for the issues we had to deal with. We would definitely stay here again next time we come to Semarang.

Rooms good cleanness & comfort, however the parking space unavailable and the vehicle has to be parked beside the street in front of hotel.
