The water just stopped in the middle of shower and there's no toiletries provided. The towel is small and there's glass on ceiling. However, the bed is large and smart TV is good.

Strategic location, walkable distance from Malang Station. Love the neighborhood, there are coffee shop and restaurant nearby. It is also quite tranquil but not far from city center and Kayutangan street. The room quite spacious, not so modern but it is clean and comfortable. The bathroom also clean, but I got problem with the toilet flush. The staff is quick to repair it so it is okay. There is no elevator, only stairs. There is also water dispenser provided in the living room. Staffs service is good. It is affordable hotel and quite comfortable and nice.

The staff is flexible and friendly, and the location in good. However, the room is super noisy, smells bad and the bathroom was not clean on arrival. Place feels very tight, claustrophobic, and has little privacy. Towels had hairs in them that we not ours. Would not recommend this place.
