Untuk ukuran hotel bintang 3 hotel ini sangat baik. Apalagi sarapan pagi nya. Sangat pas khas Medan nya. Namun perlulah diganti interior dalam kamar yang sudah mulai tua. Ini saran saja.

Sarapan pagi ok, kolam renangnya blh, ac ok, kebersihan blh, penerangan yang sangat kurang, jendela kamar hanya sebagai fantasi saja, mushalah untuk umum sangat tidak layak mulai ruang shalat, tempat wudhuknya & toilet. Recepsionis & petugasainnya ramah. Selebihnya Ok.
