The room is comfortable, the food is also delicious. But there is no wifi, no tissue. Complaints about the bathroom lights going out were not handled.

Breakfast is not delicious, hot water is limited to certain hours, door locks are still old-fashioned (not using cards), wifi is not available, TV signal is not available, room telephones do not work, many buildings and furniture are not suitable, there is no tissue in the toilet or dressing table, many employees are slow at work.

For the staff, I appreciate it very well, but for the room I regret that the AC is not cold, the lights are too bright on the mirror in front of the bed making it uncomfortable and the atmosphere is noisy from the sound of the street which makes me wake up continuously. For food, I also appreciate the soto
