Room provided had a squatting toilet, not a sitting toilet. The picture of toilet is not shown in app. No restaurant available in hotel. Although advert shows restaurant available. I feel cheated. Room has dirty old furniture.

This is a very old hotel. The hotel is also under renovation. Although the room comes with breakfast and a restaurant is stated on webpage for the hotel, unfortunately the restaurant is closed for operational. The good for breakfast is served in packet form but on a plate. Ala carte. The room is old and furniture not upkept, broken. Worst on the first night, I was given a room with squatting toilet. Horror. Only when I complained they move me to squatting toilet room on the next day, 1 sept 2023. This is cheating. You must provide info on toilets you offer. Imagine I suffer with knee pain. The toilet itself is dirty floor, old dirty broken pail to act as water tub container. A new pail won't cost much, they can buy new but management don't bother. No soap and tooth brush, slippers provided. Floor mat is black and dirty with bacteria. Please Traveloka, visit the rooms that I stayed.

we choose standard room, no special request for bedding. however the toilet are not satisfying. using squat toilet and bucket for hotel is a big no. later we did not open the cabinet, we don't want to see something unacceptable out of the cabinet. the food was so-so, yellow rice, vegie, boiled egg, crackers

everything is not ok. dirty. Air con blowing directly on face when we laying on the bed. lamp slightly dark. 100% disappointing, even lower class

the furniture was so dusty, the curtain and blanket were so faded/ dirty. breakfast was so simple. how come ? the fare a half million rupiah. I hope the management will improve asap. by the the location is good
