Strategic location near the center of Pekanbaru, close to culinary tourism, malls and other public facilities. Comfortable place, not noisy with traffic. Super friendly and informative staff service, it's just a shame the room is a bit dirty and got a smoking area not a non-smoking one. The bathroom is quite clean, but the hot water only feels normal and the tap is small and there are cockroaches in the bathroom. Next, the cleanliness of the bathroom will be more carefully observed, but all is helped by the taste of the food, the type of food and all the friendly staff. Thank you Dafam, hopefully the facilities will be improved in the future 🙏🥰

I booked a room with some simple hotel-style decoration requests for my honeymoon but it was not fulfilled and there was an additional fee while other hotels were free so I canceled. There was no coordination between shifts, even though this hotel had received a reward from the app. Then in the room, please as the housekeeping control team, really check the roomboy's work to make sure the room is ready to sell. The pillow case SMELLS, the sheet SMELLS and everything on the bed SMELLS! So it's uncomfortable to sleep. If you consider this complaint trivial, in the future there will be no changes, it's a shame that the others are working well. Breakfast is okay. Hopefully it will go well and be successful in the future, thank you for your service.
