Nice place and view, friendly staff, but we should to wait 15 mnts for take a bath with hot water. but, I will back to here again.

Arrived and the staff couldn't find our booking despite showing her our voucher on the email. All we wanted was a hot shower as we'd ridden in the cold on the way there and she didn't tell us that the hot water would take 1 hour to heat up. The hot water only lasted about 4 mins anyways so totally useless. Looking worn out compared to the photos. Breakfast was good apart from the rice was very spicy. I don't mind spicy but not in the mornings. Rule of thumb is you can always add spice but cant take it out. So be better to use less and if someone wants more they can add it. Views are great though with a beautiful rice field back drop. School was noisy in the morning but not a huge issue. No WiFi and for 250k it's terrible value for money, with or without rice fields.

The service was exceptional and everyone was so friendly and lovely and helpful. I'm very happy staying at fx72 hotel ruteng! beautiful nature view, and very nice hotel!
