The most comfortable hotel in Purwakarta, the design is attractive, open the room door directly to the open space, very comfortable for smokers.. this is the second time staying at this hotel, next time I go to PWK I will definitely stay here again..

we arrived 2 hours earlier than check in time but were welcomed well and only waited half an hour to enter the room. close to a delicious geprek chicken restaurant. so if you want to eat it's easy, just cross the street

The cleanliness of the furniture is okay, but the blanket inside is brown at the ends. LOL. The room is dimly lit. The pillows are still okay, although not as clean and white as Sunlight. The cigarette smoke from the staff under the stairs is extraordinary. In my opinion, you should be able to smoke outside the hotel.

It turns out that the review that said the service is 5 stars, the staff are friendly, this is what makes me want to come back if there is an event in PWK, I recommend staying here because the access is also close to everywhere, keep up the service. And for the facilities, it's pretty good for the VIP type for that price, and the food is also delicious, next time if there is another event in PWK, I want to stay here again with my husband's stuff.

This is my second stay here because it is comfortable and the staff is very helpful. In the VIP room on the ground floor, the signal provider is really empty but the WiFi is very fast and can be used to stream movies smoothly. The rooms for deluxe and VIP are not too different, both are comfortable and clean, the AC is cold, complete amenities (soap + shampoo and toothbrush + toothpaste) The swimming pool is clean, you can ask for a towel for swimming. The breakfast is varied and flavorful, I'm really happy that the staff still remembers me even though I was there about 2-3 months ago. Overall, I guarantee you won't regret staying here ❤✨ will be back soon for healing, it's very comfortable, quiet and calm, you can sit by the pool.
