Sangat tidak recommended 👎 dari awal check in resepsionis 1orang melayani semua tamu, tidak ada bel boy yang membantu. Di kamar AC bocor dan langsung dicuci saat kami sudah di dalam kamar, paginya mati total. Wifi sama sekali tidak connect, volume TV stack di volume 10 tidak bisa down, handuk bercak-bercak kemerahan. Memalukan Hotel Kartika Chandra yang terkenal di zamannya 🙈.

Old hotel, condition lacking maintenance, I got a room on the 6th floor. For positive things: spacious room, working hot water, cool AC, good view, ok wifi, swimming pool available, strategic location. Negative: parts of the wallpaper are starting to peel, there are mosquitoes, the corridor exhaust is dirty, a musty smell in the lobby and room corridors, rust stains on the blankets, there are mosquitoes, the toilet in the room has no fragrance, the gym is dusty, the treadmill is rusty, the condition is damaged. Strategic location. It's just not maintained because of low occupancy, breakfast can't be a buffet yet but delivered to the room.

The waiting room/receptionist AC is off It's stuffy with lots of mosquitoes, and when you open the room it smells of carrion and feels horror, the room is dark and the light switches on the table are damaged a lot and must be replaced. I immediately checked out so I didn't stay at this hotel. Sorry if there are words that are not pleasing.

Belum lagi kulkas, lemari dan tempat lainnya berdebu. Mohon diperhatikan lagi ya kebersihan dan pelayanannya. Sarapan juga kurang variatif dan seperti alakadarnya.

Bad, very bad, old, dirty, smelly!

Legendary hotel. It only takes a new investor to be able to revive KC's glory. The room is quite neat, only the furniture is still old model. Cleanliness is also sufficient. No cable tv. Overall not bad.

If this hotel is still operating, please really maintain it properly. Especially pest control.
