Well it 's an old building but have a pretty good location. The minus just about the cleanliness and the air con that didn't feel like air con. It 's just like a fan.

1. The WiFi is not working. Already asked the receptionist, they confirmed that the WiFi is no longer available. 2. The food in the restaurant (breakfast service) is not worth the price. 3. Not so clean room, So many stains on the carpet, sofa, and others. Overall, just like other old hotels that famous in few years ago but no longer fit in the current trends. It 's good that it is located next to cinema (XXI) but still not worth the price as it has so many minuses.

Old hotel that seem under maintain, got spider web even when I switched room, found old ladies panties in bath room maybe belong to previous guest. Creepy. Pretty sure not coming back.

This hotel is about to die. Just please ask the management to save their employee. Front desk agent is the greatest employee I have ever met.

While I enjoyed their service and hospitality, I do have to say that the hotel is rather old and under-maintained. The toilet's flushing was tricky, all bathroom sets didn't work properly as a 4-star hotel should have. The breakfast was terrible, my expectation was way higher, they only serve some decent Indonesian foods there. There was no juice, cereal, yoghurt, oats, or anything like that. For the same price, a 3 star Holiday Inn hotel would give you more options than this. The swimming pool is also rather small here. The central air conditioner seemed to be broken, they installed a ductless aircon instead. Oh and this area also lacks major ATMs service. I couldn't find a single atm machine during my stay. The room is big tho.
