The hotel staff was angry, the water was off from dawn until check out time, there was no confirmation from the hotel that the service was lacking, and the water was running without a sign that it had not been checked in every room.

Minim lampu penerangan, air di wastafel kamar mandi ga keluar, kamar mandi jorok banget, kotor, bathtub juga berfungsi, tisu pun ga ada, tempat tidur dan hordeng kotor, ga pantes disebut hotel.

Lokasi dan view dari hotel ini sebetulnya cukup oke. Tapi kebersihan kamar rasanya sangat-sangat kurang, sprei seperti tidak diganti, gorden terlihat sangat kotor, kamar mandi juga sepertinya jarang sekali dibersihkan. Untuk mendapatkan handuk pun saya harus berjalan sendiri memintanya ke resepsionis 🫣. Entah itu hanya di kamar yang saya pakai atau di kamar lain juga. Semoga ke depannya bisa lebih baik 🙏.

Pertama kamar yang saya pesan tidak sesuai dengan yang diterima, malah di kasih ke orang lain pula. Padahal sudah dibuatkan catatan kapan saya cek in. Kedua kurang bersih ruangnya, bau Pesing dan lengket lantainya. Pertama kali dan terakhir kali saya menginap di sini.

Buruk banget, dapet harga 730 fasilitas ga ada, kamar kotor seprei nya bikin gatel, kamar mandi juga kotor banget kaya tempat terbengkalai, staf nya juga jutek ga ada ramah-ramahnya, gadapet air mineral ga dapet sikat gigi jugaa.

Posisi hotel lumayan enak di pinggir pantai, nyari makanan pun gampang kalau malem. Utuk fasilitasnya kurang banget deh. Tapi untuk kalian yang cuma cari untuk transit/numpang tidur sepertinya ga masalah, harga cukup terjangkau. Jangan lupa kalau mau check in minta kamar yang hadap pantai aja supaya nginepnya ga sia-sia.

Gila parah banget di sini ga sesuai banget “banget gw bayar 400 rb buat hotel ini belum 30 menit gw cabut, lantai kotor, kamar mandi lampunya remang “lantai toiletnya hitam, closednya bercak semua air bau, handuk kusam kasur dan sprei kotor sekli penuh bercak, pintu balkon ga bisa di buka, AC ga dingin, parah banget sumpah nyesel gw, 400 rb mah. Nyesel banget bodo amat.

It's fun staying here. This location is close to Merak Kecil Island. Yes, walking is not tiring. The view is good even though the building is old. It's a shame it's not well maintained. But cleanliness is maintained. Hopefully it will get busier and the paint and other things can be retouched so that there will be more guests. Don't forget to prepare a deposit of 100 thousand cash which will be returned when checking out. The location is near 4 banks BNI, BRI, BJB, BCA ATM, I forgot what other one. Close to Indomaret & Alfamart, lots of food and drink on the main road, also close to the Jami' Al Hidayah Mosque. Just cross over. Near the pharmacy, and lots of red public transportation passing by on the main highway, the hotel's position is inside, making it comfortable and not noisy. There is a spa + restaurant which is open until 12 at night. And the most important thing is that the hotel water is not salty, it flows fast. God willing, come back again 👌🏻
