Stayed here to watch a concert (like many others at the time) at the venue nearby and it was amazing. Decided last minute to book a stay here for convenience since only 15 minutes walk from the venue and did not regret a single thing. The price is on the higher side but you really get what you paid for. The service was excellent from the start, I was able to check in early in the morning, all the staffs (I mean like everyone) work their very best to provide the best service. I asked for extending a night and they accommodated so well. Room is excellent, breakfast has variety of choices too. Definitely would stay again if there 's an event nearby. Oh also I left my laptop charger by accident and they reached out via email really quick. Really appreciated it. Thank you so much Mulia!

Nothing beats the hospitality at Hotel Mulia Senayan. I was very well taken care of from the time I entered the hotel lobby, till I checked out. This is one of the best stays I ever had in Jakarta. I wouldn't mind paying to stay at this gem again. Hotel is really close to GBK for concerts, festivals etc.

It was a nice 4D3N staycay ☺️ Just relaxing for me and the fam! The only downside was just the pool. The water was way too cold! There’s no kiddy pool, and some part of the pool was too dirty to even swam at 🙂 Need more attention on the pool and maybe make it more kids friendly. Other than that, the food was awesome and we find the chefs are very helpful, my husband is American and when he ask something that wasn’t at the buffet, they go beyond and make it for him 🫶🏼 SLAY to the Chefs! Staffs are mostly friendly and genuinely happy. Wud lovee to comeback!

There is no doubt this one is the best hotel in Jakarta. Feel the luxurious and cozyness. The bar is outstanding. The food choices and very nice hotel staff. Love to stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mulia and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The location is excellent, with easy access to key attractions and transportation. The hospitality was exceptional — every staff member we encountered was warm, courteous, and very attentive to our needs. The facilities were top-notch, especially the gym and pool. The cleanliness throughout the hotel, from the rooms to common areas, was impeccable. The food was a highlight- breakfast buffet was delicious and of high quality. One suggestion for improvement would be to enhance the room lighting. We found it a bit too dim for our liking, which made certain tasks, like reading or working, a bit challenging. Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend Hotel Mulia to anyone looking for an enjoyable and comfortable stay.

Breakfast area is too crowded. So. Many tables and chairs (bulky). Some food so far is still oke. Tx I wish that rate vs service?

I understand that this hotel has been established for so many years and it owns a huge pride of its brand. Amid great room and food choices you'll experience in other similar 5-star hotel, the receptionist and guys outside the entrance doors need to have represented brand ' s manners. Different treatment is given to different people I witness. While the housekeeping staff are very hospitable, the other staff at receptions (front office, Usher, Door keeper, and some"SENIORS"at the restaurant) really really need to be given a training rejuvinations on how to be hospitable and put a smile on the face (even under the mask), the eye contacts are somewhat disturbing. My experience staying in this time is daunting, and sadly it ' s not due to the facilities but rather to the human factor.

I had breakfast on Sunday morning and it was so very full place at the Cafe, but I was very surprised when couple of their staff a bit unpolite when they're serving at my table. No smile at all. Well maybe they're just tired 🤭😅.
