Upon check-in, you are required to bring ID Card, and Traveloka Voucher, and the Guest Name on Traveloka Voucher must same as ID Card.. The required documents can be in the form of soft copy.

Passport or Local Identity Card with clear photo must be presented upon check in and must match with the Guest Name on Traveloka voucher.
Guest will required to provide a credit card pre-authorisation on arrival to cover any miscellaneous charges. Where a valid credit card is not available, debit card or a cash deposit will be required. Deposit required at IDR 2,000,000 nett per room per night. If there are no charges, the pre-authorisation amount will be released after departure by the card issuer, and may take up to 5-10 working days to process; depending on the issuing bank.
Special request is not guaranteed, it may depend on hotel's availability at check-in and may cost extra fee. Hotel may charge you additional fee for each extra person after reserved room's maximum capacity.
