1. Despite the “no smoking” policy, the room smells of smoke. 2. All bed linen has brown/reddish/black stain. 3. Unuseable towel, same as bed linnen, it was covered in brown/reddish/black stain. 4. Ants. Ants are everywhere. 5. Weird smell from their bed cover. 6. Poor sound proofing.

Check-in process take up to 25 minutes, hot water didn't work at night for 2 nights (the hotel said because of maintenance 🤔).

It was my second time stay at Zenith, first time (last year), they said they had a problem with the water heater, so yesterday I tried my luck, the water heater problem still there. My body is too tired to showering with cold water.

The room is too noisy with bathroom expos fan and room next door can hear the noise as well. Standard should be 2 star hotel instead of 3 star.
