I recently stayed at the ib23 inn Bandung in their deluxe room, and overall it was a pleasant experience. The room was clean, featuring a spacious and comfortable king-sized bed with four soft pillows, which made for a restful sleep. The air conditioning and Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and the room was also equipped with a smart TV, making it easy to relax and enjoy some entertainment. However, there were a few downsides, particularly in the bathroom. The shower area allows water to splash into the dry area, making the floor wet and slippery. It would be great if the hotel could install a door or partition between the wet and dry sections of the bathroom to avoid this inconvenience. Additionally, in terms of amenities, I would have preferred bottled water instead of refillable water, as it feels more hygienic and reliable. On a positive note, the breakfast provided exceeded expectations for a three-star hotel. There was a good variety of dishes, and everything I tried was delicious. Lastly, the staff were all friendly and helpful, contributing to an overall great experience. I hope the hotel continues to maintain these high standards.

Nice brand new hotel with a Smart TV! Air con was not cold upon check-in because there was a cover in front of the blower, but the staff fixed it immediately. Room became as cold as a fridge, woohoo! Amenities were all there. Nice shower with hot water, hairdryer, toilet bidet …. Hotel is located in a housing area, so getting to the hotel at night would be a little confusing due to the access closed by portals. You can enter from the road next to Dreezel Coffee Hasanudin (Jl. Hasanudin-Jl. Imam Bonjol) at night. But it 's a nice & quiet location. Had a wonderful stay overall. Willing to try their breakfast/food when I come back.

Nice place to stay at the heart of Bandung City! Everything is good but things need to be improved is when we just came to the room for the first time, I can smell something from the bathroom (maybe the bathroom located near from tempat pembuangan?) Please provide an air freshener especially inside of the bathroom would be nice! With that after tax price of course customer expect more hehe.

A newly opened hotel in Bandung. Location is pretty strategic. Staffs were helpful and friendly. Room was clean. A good option to stay in Bandung, definitely worth the price!

Very comfortable, clean room, bathroom, close to many places to eat. Friendly staff. Planned to stay for two nights but extended for 3 nights. Hopefully it can be maintained. God willing, if I go to Bandung again, I will stay here again

Although the access is hidden, but all services are good. Suitable for weekends, close to Monju and Gasibu if you want to jog while looking for breakfast
