For the price of 375 one night without breakfast, it's really nice and comfortable, it's worth it. It's just that yesterday I got a bathroom with a bit of a problem with the flush, but it wasn't a big problem, overall it was ok.

the staff is friendly and responds quickly when there are problems or requests. quite close to many other city facilities, especially tourist attractions. close to Losari Beach, can walk.

The room is large and spacious. Only the lighting is lacking. The bathroom is lacking in maintenance, slippery and not very clean. The bathroom equipment and towels need to be rejuvenated. Standard food according to the price and varied. The service is quite good. A good classy hotel and close to Losari Beach access, it would be a shame if there was no improvement in maintenance. Because we felt uncomfortable, we ended up only staying for 1 night.

Check in was asked to wait 15 minutes, until 45 minutes had not been called. When I came to the receptionist, it turned out that the room was not prepared. Even though the ID card had been requested from the beginning.
