We stayed at Ibis for wedding celebration and the staff makes extra efforts to decorate the room for the happy couple, they really pleased with their room and able to fully rested. The hotel location is perfect for The Sunday Market (Pasar Tumpah) so it will be good to do some browsing.
The Front Office Team you are rock guys. Thank you so much for quick check in. Birthday cake for my hubby (Ricardo., Yola, adit, Titi, Nesa, Rizky) and breakfast team to always give best service and your smile in the morning (Lucky). Keep healthy and stay safe ❤
Highly recommended! Nice staff, new hotel, spacious room, beautiful city view, splendid & modern interior design 😍. Love the rain shower, the smell of the bath soap, and 'Remy' - the iconic monkey doll (especially the kids) 😍. Thanks Ibis 👍. Room number: 608, 609.
There are a lot of good things here, and I'm going to break them down. + Location: This hotel is right in front of the Gedung Sate/West Java Governor's office and integrated with Pullman Hotel. Right in city center made this hotel close to everywhere else such as shopping mall, public services office, toll highway, public park, and many others. It's a good choice for any business traveler. + Staff: Everyone is so helpful and friendly. Shout out to Miss Ratih, who was very helpful for our needs. + Cleanliness: This hotel is entirely new, so it's still clean from the lobby to the bedroom. Bathroom cleanliness is good, and there's a separate wall between the shower and toilet. The sliding door between the bed and bathroom is also unique. + View: The view is impressive, either you face the north or south. It's between the city view or the mountain view. + Bed: That bed is comfy, with lovely pillows and bolsters (which are rare things to be found in a hotel). You get an extra pillow too.+ TV. Okay, the TV needs a detailed review. The TV picture quality is so excellent, and the program is quite good. I never let the TV play by itself, and I always watch it. + Breakfast: It was good but could be improved. Quite crowded at restaurants, but there's a lot of space to sit. The only down thing is the entrance. It might get confusing for the first time and a bit of hassle after it. If you come from the basement parking lot, you can take a straight elevator to the lobby, but if you are dropped off or picked up, you need to go to the Pullman lobby, which requires using the escalator and the elevator. Overall, it was an exceptional stay.
quite strategic location near the satay building. the rooms are spacious and the interior is attractive, comfortable and clean. for the breakfast menu it tastes quite good and actually there are various things, but unfortunately the menu is not written or displayed so that visitors do not know what is served at breakfast. they also implement a wellness protocol whereby hotel staff serve or collect food for visitors. unfortunately the receptionist is not friendly, needs to learn to smile more and be more friendly in serving visitors and housekeeping is also not polite, around 11 noon someone knocked on the door only once and immediately opened it even though I walked to the door just said "you haven't checked out" didn't apologized and immediately closed the door. I hope when I stay back here again all the services will be much better
