It was a pleasant stay at J hotel, the staffs are nice and helpful. they upgraded my room to executive and it's so spacious and clean. The unique part was the door to bathroom is a slide door with a full mirror on it. The amenities are complete with hairdryer, sewing kit and packed neatly. The sheets and towel was clean and smells great. They have free shuttle to airport and goes every hour. I'd love to stay here again next time I need to transit or stay near the airport

A nice hotel, friendly staff, helpful. I arrived to early before check in time but that was no problem they picked me up from the airport and I right a way got a room. really great thank you for that service.

I booked this hotel last minute when I was going to Jakarta, luckily I could still stay there. I came here with my husband and family. The location is strategic, easy to find, the staff are friendly, the bathroom is clean, the AC is cold, the water heater is not too hot but still okay, the hotel is clean, the food in the restaurant is also delicious, it's worth it, there is a smoking room, we got a free room upgrade to a premier room which has a mini fridge + hot kettle

the hotel is clean. the room is also clean. all hotel staff are very friendly and polite. I stayed for 4 nights, booked 2 nights on traveloka and then added 2 more nights. the room is always cleaned and smells good. the air conditioner is very cold. the atmosphere is very comfortable. tomorrow if I go there, I want to stay at the hotel again. highly recommended. like a 5 star hotel. this is an honest review, guys, during my 4 night stay. not an endorsement.

the hotel is clean. the room is also clean. all hotel staff are very friendly and polite. initially booked 2 nights. then added another 2 nights. the room is always cleaned and fragrant. the air conditioner is very cold. the atmosphere is very comfortable. tomorrow if I go there I want to stay again at the J Hotel. highly recommended. like a 5 star hotel. suitable for staying for those who want to wait for a flight or for those who want to vacation in the PIK area.

Good service, friendly, breakfast buffet with a variety of menus tastes good. There is an airport shuttle facility, the downside is the room is not very clean, not soundproof, so it's a bit noisy, the shower is too small the water comes out. Hopefully in the future it can be improved again.

like it because there is a shuttle service to the airport, besides the price is the lowest for budget hotels in its class such as am*r*s, etc. complete room facilities, there is wifi, cable TV, hot water, soap, shampoo and toothbrush, hair dryer, 2 towels, cold AC, 2 bottles of compliment water, water heater, and coffee tea sachets, there is a room phone, and a deposit box, there are 4 electrical sockets. the check in and out process is easy and fast, and the friendly staff are a reminder of other good experiences while transiting and staying here. I ordered room service, seafood fried rice, the portion was quite a lot, the taste was so so, and it was finished 😀. conclusion, with all these facilities and the lowest price among budget hotels in its class, plus the shuttle service to the airport, J hotel deserves to be called the best budget hotel at Soetta airport.
