The hotel is a bit far from the city center, so it's not very strategic to go anywhere. But the place is comfortable for resting and doing small healings. Maybe the downside in my opinion is that the hotel food can't be delivered to the room and the menu variations are too limited and overpriced for the taste of the food like that. Hopefully it will be better in the future

The receptionist is not very friendly, unlike expensive hotels. Breakfast can only choose 4 menus. And even then the portion is small, so it is not worth the price I paid. I ordered 2 rooms, arrived at 1 pm and got only 1 key, claiming that the other room was still being cleaned. Even though I saw that the room was ready. I waited until more than 2 pm, finally went back up to the receptionist and it turned out that the key was ready without me being told that it could be taken, even though the officer said that it would be delivered / informed when the room was ready. But in reality it was not. I had to go up and down the stairs. Even though I had previously stayed here comfortably. Now it's actually a setback. Please fix the system, pity other guests who have paid a lot but did not get maximum service. It seems careless. Thank you

Liburan yang sangat berkesan di sini, dikelola dengan sangat baik, taman-tamannya rapi hingga kesudut, bangunan joglo & bersih, sarapan rasanya enak semua, kolam renang jernih dan luas, proses CI & CO cepet. Nexttime akan kembali lagi.

Hotel dan kamar nyaman banget tempatnya juga bagus parkiran sangat luas tapi sayang staff hotel tidak ramah sama sekali apalagi receptionist nya tidak mencerminkan sebagai receptionist yang seharusnya ramah kepada tamu kalo di sini receptionist tidak ramah, tidak ada senyum bahkan tamu aja di bentak-bentak. Sangat mengecewakan sama staff hotelnya khususnya untuk receptionist! Perlu di bimbing lagi sih staff hotelnya.

Yang paling saya suka dari Kalibaru Cottages adalah kebersihannya, areanya luas dan banyak ram sehingga memudahkan pengguna kursi roda. Poin plus walaupun berada di perbukitan yang adem, kolam renangnya tidak dingin, jadi nyaman.

Kamarnya bagus, bersih tidak ada debu sama sekali, toilet sangat bersih, semua air berfungsi dengan baik, area taman sangat bersih, pemandangannya bagus, sangat tenang di sini cocok untuk liburan keluarga. Cocok untuk bawa anak-anak dengan cuaca yang sejuk bebas polusi. Harga sangat terjangkau. Termasuk Cottage terbaik di kelasnya. Terima kasih, kami telah mendapatkan kamar yang sangat fantastik.
