There is no hotel staff, everyone takes care of themselves. The room is different from the one in the photo. The room condition is dirty, lots of insects. The toilet is very dirty. The AC is not cold at all, only wind and when I complained, there was no response. I couldn't get a refund, I was really cheated.

Both of the ACs weren't working, and I was accused of carrying ko*dm, and the blanket smelled of my armpits. I won't talk about the room, but cleanliness and comfort are important.

I plan to stay on the floor. 12 tulip units, but it looks like a lot of furniture needs to be repaired, the kitchen stove seems to be just a sweetener, can't be used, coincidentally the swimming pool can't be used anymore because it's closed so it can only be used in the room. So if the room is dull, there are cobwebs and even small insects, you won't feel at home. Staycation plans have become difficult. This is just input, hopefully it can be better in the future.

I was so disappointed that I couldn't say anything else. In the end, I didn't sleep there even though I was offered another unit. I was tired of coming home from work to check in at 23.00 according to the agreement but when it arrived, it was really terrible to disappoint my child until he was scared like a devil's house. It's clear that it wasn't checked before the customer arrived. I was wasting my money so I didn't stay in this apartment so I moved to a better hotel.

ouch, even if there are many blood-sucking animals at night, it's hard to sleep at night..... even more often during the day...... because during the day, the animals from the mattress don't appear as much as at night.. please keep the cleanliness for comfort
