I gave it a rating of 2 because. 1. The distance is quite far from the city, and the only tourist attractions around the hotel are hot springs, it's really hard to find other attractions, especially at night when there are no attractions outside. 2. The room has no AC. Even though the air is not that cold. It ends up being stuffy in the room until I fan myself. Not suitable for Jakartans who use AC as cold as the poles in the office. 3. The restaurant food is not delicious. It seems like it lacks seasoning and has no taste. 4. The swimming pool is open to the public. Honestly, I was really surprised that the resort swimming pool is also used by outsiders, in my opinion it's really uncomfortable. So far I think it's not OK. But the service is friendly and fast

The water cooker was a bit damaged because there was no sign that the water was boiling so it was almost dry. Ordered food that was on the list but it turned out to be unavailable. There was no electrical socket for charging the cellphone so I had to use the TV socket. Even though nowadays cellphones have become a primary need that must always be "on". However, in general, it was good and enjoyable and satisfying.

Everything is nice and beautiful, especially the swimming pool, the water is warm and the pool is quite large. Only the room feels hot. Maybe the room needs to be installed with an exhaust fan.

Very good stay here will definitely come here again but dear fix the hot water yaa, yesterday the pool soaking was not used because it was not hot just anget2 doang, although from home already imagine the heat to soak .. and add a hanger in the room hhe

I consider that a hotel has to improve and maintain its facilities over time. I came to this hotel 12 years ago and find it back with the exact same furniture and general amenities as I left it. Hotel owners can't only cash in and not invest in maintenance. This place is getting creepy as hell.

The staff and security guards here are super cute and enthusiastic. The hotel is also very new and clean, especially very beautiful. I booked quite late but was still given a room on high floor, great view, delicious breakfast, nothing to complain about.

Nice place, good room service but unfortunately it was almost 12 midnight when I reviewed this, I could still hear the sound of people playing karaoke really loudly even though it was time for people to rest and sleep, I called the front office to reprimand them but they didn't respond immediately, please prioritize comfort, people staying at a hotel want to be comfortable, not want their sleep to be disturbed.
