There is no trolley for goods/suitcases, there are only a few staff who can carry them, the room position is far up and down the stairs

It's already 2:00 p.m. and the room isn't ready yet, still waiting to be cleaned. There's no trolley, so it's a hassle to carry things and there are only a few hotel staff.

Everything was just so perfect specially the meal in restaurant, the friendly staffs & chef. Need little improve for the soundproof, I could clearly heard noise outside of my room (quite sensitives of sound when I sleep) & I wish there will be elevator one day so it will be more accessible for the elders or people with wheel chair.

Maybe for the Shower in the Deluxe Room type it's time to be replaced. Because it's a bit less comfortable with the condition of the bathroom shower like that. Overall everything is very good. Thank you

Lake view Hotel with beautiful surroundings. Most of the rooms have been upgraded or renovated. Unfortunately, the aircon in the room is too old and noisy. Really get distracted by the loud noise while sleeping.

everything is ok, except that hot water for bathing is limited in time. It's already when it's time to open, it can't be hot, I showered 4 times only once, it's a bit warm. besides it's cold. because we brought a baby who didn't know when to clean because of BAB, the water was really uncomfortable... other than that it was ok
