the place is clean, comfortable, the staff is also friendly. unfortunately, the air conditioner water is only dripping. so I have to use a bathroom mat so the water doesn't spill on the floor. so far so good

Clean rooms, adequate facilities, helpful staff, strategic location, plus the spikoe sold at the hotel cafe is also delicious, can be a practical choice as a souvenir. For a budget hotel, it is worth every penny to choose this hotel and will definitely be another choice when going to Surabaya.

Clean room, very friendly hotel staff, towels need to be replaced because they are old and shabby. Breakfast is delicious. The last day of staying wanted waffles, they said they would make them for us and deliver them, but they weren't there until breakfast was finished.

The blower in the bathroom is not active so the bathroom floor remains wet, it takes a long time to dry. With a price of around 350 thousand, you don't get breakfast. Other than that it is satisfying

Everything in Khas Hotel is nice, but there is one thing that is very unpleasant, the towels. Please don't be sad, the edges of the towels are already wrinkled, they are already gray so it's a bit sad to use them, but the food is Khas Hotel Juara, the staff is also helpful and friendly

The AC is really hot. This hotel is not recommended. All the ACs are broken. There must be an excuse that it is dirty and they will fix it. The service is not friendly at all. I am always hot. I didn't sleep until dawn even though I booked 3 rooms, all of them were broken. According to everyone, the AC is not cold and it is better to use a fan
