The room size is spacious. The facilities in the room are also complete, starting from the aminitis, AC, TV, all functioning well and decently, free refill drinking water because there is a gallon in the corridor, HK was alert at that time asking for a replacement water bottle, it was immediately replaced. I stayed with 3 people in one room, chose twin deluxe, already got breakfast, just added extra breakfast for 1 person, the price is 60k, the food tastes delicious too. Strategic location, around there are also many people selling food, souvenirs, bank ATMs, next time I stay here again

Stayed here on New Year's Eve, of course with a more expensive rate than usual, but the facilities I got did not match the price I paid.
The room I booked turned out to be a connecting room, so I could clearly hear the sound from the next room, lots of children's voices so I was uncomfortable. I wanted to move rooms but couldn't because the room was full.
Then the pillowcase smelled like it hadn't been changed.
In this room I also didn't find a refrigerator?
And when I wanted to take a shower, I turned on the shower but it couldn't be turned off.
In addition, there was also a New Year's event on the rooftop with me paying 50,000. But it turned out to move to the 1st floor without any information. I went up to the rooftop, it was very dark because I didn't know the event had been moved, the voucher also said there would be fireworks, so I bought it. But I didn't see this hotel providing fireworks?
From the incident above, I felt in a bad mood to start the year.

The room is spacious and the location is strategic. But check in time is not on time. They say tyou can check in at 14.00 but in reality when we want to check in at 14.00 the linen is not ready yet and we must wait around 1 hour to check in.

Damp room, cold AC, ok TV channels, broken floor in bathroom, smelly room and bathroom, hard room door, parking for only 3 cars, the rest is next to the hotel (quite muddy), water dispenser tap for drinking is quite difficult to use (error) water doesn't come out

1. Property is located by the busy road, but there isn't many shops and quality restaurant options in the vicinity. 2. Property is dirty even after room service. Can tell the table was not cleaned at all. Bathroom was not very clean too. 3. Check-in/out process is quite straight forward and fuss free. 4. Staff's response is fairly prompt. 5. Breakfast options provided by the hotel was basic, to say the least.

Stay 3d2n here to explore Jimbaran, GWK, and others because the location is okay. But the room is a bit lacking because the shower KM water is small, some of the floors are damaged. Hot water must be taken from the outside dispenser because there is no kettle provided, it's a bit complicated. For breakfast, the menu & taste are also lacking. Hopefully it can be improved.
