Clean room, clean area, hot water works, cold AC, there are food stalls even though the food is simple but it's enough for those who are lazy to leave the room, the price of food and drinks is also reasonable, they also sell snacks at the receptionist, ciki cikian like that. Yesterday late checkout was charged 150, great. Wifi is also smooth. The staff are friendly.

Initially, I booked through the app without checking the check-in date again, it turned out that I had the wrong check-in date. When I arrived at 6 am (early check-in), I realized it through the receptionist on duty that morning. However, she helped me so that I could still check in that day. Then I got information around 9.30 that my room was ready. Thank you to the management for trying to reschedule my booking.

My room was knocked twice because someone ordered food but got the wrong room, no toiletries were provided in the toilet, ID cards were held at the reception, you couldn't smoke in the room and there was no bathroom mat.

Pertama lokasi ada di dalam komplek, cuma titik mapnya gak sesuai, muter² hampir set jam nyari itu tempat🐵. Untuk kamar tidak terlalu besar cuma lumayan lah buat transit, wifi kencang, dan sayang sekali order menu nasgor kurang rasa B banget n omlet mie keasinan semua🥲

Untuk Front office tidak menjelas kan peraturan, ga ada senyum senyumnya ke tamu, Es batu harus beli 5.000, Request late cekout di tannya nambah berapa malah di tembak Harga 150, Setau saya untuk Hotel itu late cekout jam 1-3 kena 50 K untuk sampai jam 5 kena 100 K ini malah di kenain 150, Coba Staff nya di training lagi, Setidak nya nerapin 3 S: Senyum salam Sapa itu aja dulu, untuk hotel Bagus.
