Our goal is to provide comfortable and functional accommodation for all our guests. Our bunk beds are designed to only have 2 levels, so the bed on top has no cover because there is no mattress on top. Some of our guests choose the bed above because it feels more spacious. Should you express any discomfort during your stay, our team will be happy to assist you by accommodating you on a lower bed. We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant odor you experienced in the bathroom. This is not a standard we wish to maintain, and we understand how this may negatively impact your stay. We have addressed this issue with our housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure this does not happen again. Your comfort and satisfaction is our top priority, and we are committed to improving our services based on your valuable feedback.
